Traditional Shaolin Arts
Wahnam Tai Chi Chuan -
Tai Chi Chuan (Taijiquan) is an internal martial art characterised by flowing movements that may be soft and slow or hard and fast.
Wahnam Tai Chi Chuan is the style taught in our school. While emphasis is placed on good form, the most important elements are developing internal force, combat training and applying the principles of the art to our work and daily life.
The benefits of training include being able to remain calm and focused in stressful environments, self defence, relief from work-related stress and personal development.
Evening classes in Traditional Shaolin Arts are offered in Dublin by Sifu Kevin Barry.
Sifu Kevin also offers bespoke workshops to the Corporate Sector which focus on relieving stress and optimising performance at work.
